RETURN POLICY
Returns/replacements/refunds are accepted within 30 days of delivery of the product ONLY in the case of a defect with the product. Remorse returns & "change of mind" returns will not be accepted or entertained.

 

Explanation Of Warranty

Since everything is brand new, you have full manufacturer warranties of 3-5 years depending on the part in question.

I have my personal warranty on all computers I build, configure and sell. That is a warranty of 6 months from the date of purchase. That includes fixing anything and everything.

If you have a software issue, I am available for full technical support through text, call and email. I can even remote into the computer with the permission and authorization of the buyer.

If you have a hardware issue, I will diagnose it and if a part needs to be replaced, it will be done free of cost.

 

SHIPPING COST

Free ground shipping is included in your price. Every PC is shipped through UPS and an adult signature is always required to make sure that UPS does not leave your expensive investment outside your door unattended. This also prevents package theft. SIGNATURE WILL NOT BE WAIVED.

Your PC will be shipped within 7-10 days of confirmed payment.

 

HOW IS YOUR PC SHIPPED

Modern graphics cards are getting bigger and heavier. Leaving them inside the PC during shipping will absolutely result in the graphics card and the motherboard getting damaged.

Therefore once your PC is ready to be shipped, I remove the graphics card and pack it separately in its own box.  Then the PC and graphics card are both shipped separately with their own tracking numbers. I don't mind paying more in shipping to make sure you get everything completely undamaged.

When the customer receives both packages, I am here to assist with the installation of the graphics card back into the computer. It is a simple process and the installation does not take more than 5 minutes. All you need is a simple phillips head screwdriver. I provide easy to follow written instructions and if needed, we can even get on a video call.
